There is no hard and fast rule, if you shave wait 1 or 2 weeks, it varies on growth rate, the simple rule is if you can grab your hair with two fingers (not with nails) it can be waxed. Usually you cannot measure the hair with ruler or measuring tape, if you can it is ready to be waxed.
